Our 36-month Professional Training Program for Acupuncture is designed for students who either work full or part-time and/or live in a neighboring countries which can provide flexibility by adopting an intensive session format for the first two years.
Foundations of Chinese Medicine consist of basic theories such as Yin Yang and the Five Elements, Zang-Fu Theory, TCM Etiology, Pathology, and Diagnosis. Foundations of Chinese Medicine is an important bridge from theory to clinic.
The aim of the vocational training course in Acupuncture is to prepare future therapists for the professional practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The second year will focus on the channels and acupuncture points as well as on the needling techniques, while the second year focuses on the practical treatment of various diseases. In the third year, writing a thesis is also part of the program. In addition, to the teacher contact hours, you will work together with fellow students in a Literature study group and practice together in the Interactive Practice groups.

During the first year of the Chinese Herbal Medicine Course, the apprenticeship takes place mainly at the herbal dispensary preparing herbal prescriptions, whilst the second-year apprenticeship takes place with herbal specialists. In the second year, writing a thesis is part of the program. In addition to the teacher contact hours, you work together with fellow students in a Literature study group and practice together in the Interactive Practice groups. During these two years of Chinese Herbal Medicine study the amount of apprenticeship hours gradually increases so that you will be ready to practice independently in your own practice after graduation.

The last year will require a full 12-month clinical residency and this can be fulfilled in a variety of different ways.
