INSTRUCTOR
Chinese Philosophy
Graduated from T.E.I of Athens/ University of West Attica with a BSc in
Aesthetics & Cosmetology from the department of Biomedical Science.
Later on she went to the U.K. and Belgium to work, as well as, further her
studies in Sports Therapy, Reflexology, Aromatherapy.
She conducted De-stress workshops and worked as a therapist onboard Princes
and Costa cruise ships, Steiner Transocean U.K.
Coming back to Greece she worked at plastic surgery centers as head of the Laser
department and as client adviser on surgical procedures, gaining an insight on human
psychology and the unique perception of perfection.
Professional Experience
- Course Leader of the BTEC / Edexel Courses for the HND of England at ABS
Avgerinopoulou. - Public High School Teacher of Medical Related Subjects (Biology, Dermatology,
Massage etc) at the 1 st T.E.E. of Athens – 4 th S.E.K. of Athens and at the 2nd T.E.E. of
Helioupoli - Assessor for the National Panhellenic University Entrance Exams of the Health and
Nutrition departments. - By receiving a full scholarship for Masters Degree studies in Traditional Chinese
Medicine she moved to China for 3 years in Tianjin and Beijing. There she specialized in
Acupuncture, Taiqi, Qigong, Chinese medicinal herbs and other Energy harmonizing
Therapeutic Techniques of T.C.M
During her years in China she taught English medical terminology to postgraduate students at
Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as part of their official curriculum. - Advanced Studies of TCM
Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Pharmacology.
